Karen Moffat, the Customer Service Manager at Removal Group, said: “We hope our customers do not have a lot to complain about, and some of this is reflected in the positive removal group reviews on our site, but obviously things don’t always run smoothly. We always endeavour to dispatch a full and fair response within 10-14 days in order to give ourselves enough time to gather all the relevant information from suppliers, sub contractors and anyone else involved with the move.
